My name is Laurel and I have been working in animal hospitals since 1999. I have been around animals my whole life. I grew up on a sheep farm in Whitehall, NY. I moved down to New Paltz where I went to college and received a B.A. in Psychology. I have also taken some Veterinary Technology classes from SUNY Ulster. While I was attending New Paltz, I started my first animal hospital job and have been working in the field ever since. I have held every position from kennel help to veterinary assistant and now manage Rondout Valley Veterinary Associates. I love my work and being able to help pet owners and their furry family members live a happy and healthy life together.
My name is Laura. I have been licensed as a Veterinary Technician since August of 2007 after completing the Veterinary Technology program at SUNY Ulster. I have worked in animal hospitals as a receptionist, a veterinary assistant, and a technician. I started work at RVVA in April of 2008. I have been warmly welcomed and am proud to be part of a team of doctors whose knowledge and expertise not only serves their patients in excellent care, but also allows my own skills to be continually sharpened. I have 4 cats: Charlie, Pierre, Minerva, and Mooch. I also have one dog, Beatrice. They are all very much part of the family and are loved like crazy. I am committed to contributing to the health of your pets and treating each patient as if they were my own
Hello! My name is Shondelle. I have been an assistant at RVVA since September 2005. I am currently enrolled in a Veterinary Technician program. The veterinary field has been my dream since I was a kid, and I have been working/volunteering in it since I was a teenager. I do in-home pet sitting and have a personal love of bottle feeding kittens and puppies. It is always fun meeting new animals and getting to know their personalities. I look forward to meeting you and yours.
Hello! My name is Jenn. I've been bringing critters home since I was little. I have been working in this field since 2003. I LOVE animals and work at an emergency hospital part time when I am not here. I trained dogs for several years on Long Island while getting my B.S. in Psychology/Biology. Recently I moved back to this area to prepare to apply to veterinary school. I look forward to meeting you and your pet.

My name is Lindsay. I am a receptionist. I have had animals all my life and enjoy working here with them. Since I was little I have always wanted to work in an animal related field. After working here and seeing what the doctors, technicians, and assistants do, I hope to further my education in the field.
